REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR RETURNING CAMPERS! New campers may also start applying now and will be put on the waitlist until November 30th.
To register for 2021 camp sessions, you may choose one of the following options:
- Online – Required paperwork may be completed online or uploaded to your camper’s registration profile.

- By Mail – Required paperwork may be downloaded from our website (see Required Paperwork section) or you may request an application packet by emailing programs@sherwoodforeststl.org. When requesting an application packet, please include the following information:
- The number of children you would like to register
- The current (2020-2021 school year) grades of each child
- The best address for mailing application packets to you

Spaces will be reserved for return campers until November 30th. At that point, registration with be open to both new and returning campers.
New campers who register before November 30th will be placed on the waitlist. Once registration is open for new campers and if spots are available in their grade, they will be automatically registered.
NOTE:
- This summer, due to changes related to COVID-19, we will not be able to accept 1st and 2nd grade campers.
- We do not accept new campers in the 8th or 9th.
Required Forms
To reserve your child’s spot you must complete the Summer Camp Application. All other required paperwork must be completed by April 30th. If we do not have all paperwork completed at this time, we may open up your child’s spot to others on the waitlist.
If you have any concerns about completing camper paperwork or returning paperwork to us, please let us know. We do our best to work with each family to ensure that your child(ren) have a fun and transformative summer.
Camper Paperwork may be submitted by:
- Uploading to your child’s registration profile. Click here to upload forms.
